Chromoview
Chromoview is a tool for viewing clone tiling paths on chromosomes. It includes data on genomes maintained by the Genome Reference Consortium.
Chromoview was used to view the sequence of clones found in chromosomes for selected genomes, including the current version of the human, mouse and zebrafish reference genomes.
Archive Page
This page is maintained as a historical record and is no longer being updated.
A menu on the right is used to select species and chromosomes. Once these are selected, there are four viewing modes available for a given chromosome: the summary TPF view, the AGP view (which provides sequence coordinates), the Details view (which provides full information on each clone and overlap) and the Statistics view (which provides summary figures).
