My work leverages single cell approaches to understand the interplay between cell cycle and gene expression during early development, differentiation and during cell fate specification. My work uses a combination of different experimental and computational approaches on embryonic stem cells, T-lymphocytes and mouse tissues. I received my PhD from Imperial College London and worked between MRC-Clinical Sciences Centre, Faculty of Medicine and Department of Mathematics. During my doctorate, I developed a systems biology approach to dissect chromatin proteome associated during transcription states in embryonic stem cells. Prior to PhD, I received Masters and dual Bachelor's degree in India.
