My role involves the curation of genomes from a wide range of taxa that come through the Tree of Life Programme

I am interested in the biology and genetics of global biodiversity, and my role at the Sanger involves using evidence from Hi-C and long-read sequencing to curate the genome assemblies that are produced here in the Tree of Life Programme.
