My project aims to develop a statistical model that will result in greater sensitivity to prioritise relevant cell types for disease, with a focus on immune-related diseases. We hope to do this by combining polygenic risk scores for common diseases with eQTLs to identify cell states on which downstream effects on polygenic risk converge. I am jointly supervised by Dr Mike Inouye at the University of Cambridge.
