Sarah manages the environmental impact of the Wellcome Genome Campus and the Campus Environmental Sustainability Strategy
About me
Joining the Wellcome Genome Campus in January 2017 Sarah is passionate about making a different in her role as the Environmental Manager. Not just operationally managing the impact that the Campus has but also strategically and collaboratively working with all teams across Campus to make a difference.
Her role includes:
- Managing the Wellcome Genome Campus Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
- Strategy on Sustainability and Environmental Management moving forward
- Working with the operational teams to reduce environmental impacts; Energy, Waste, Travel, Water, Paper
- Communicate and engage with stakeholders on Campus Environmental Impacts
- Specific management of Wellcome Genome Campus Green Travel Plan, Grounds and Wetlands, Water and Effluent
