This person is a member of Sanger Institute Alumni.
Currently my main project is to push forward single-cell RNA-sequencing methods to understand cell types and gene expression in Schistosome worms - parasites of importance to global health. I also work to maximise sequencing output from small, rare and unusual samples, and recently published a new tapeworm genome.

Joined Syntaxin Ltd, UK as a Research Scientist investigating modified botulinum toxins as therapeutics
