I am a developer and maintainer of SAMtools. I have contributed to Biobambam and Gap5, amongst other projects.

I mostly work in C, C++, Perl and a little Tcl/Tk. I have programmed (professionally and otherwise) in Java, Python and PHP. Occasionally I will mess around with databases but only if I have to.
