I have broad experience in NGS bioinformatics, and interested in immunology and infection biology.
I have graduated from Moscow State University (B.S., 2003) and Michigan State University (Ph.D., 2009) with degrees in chemistry. Following this, I transitioned into biophysics and bioinformatics, and for the last 8 years was working in various projects related to NGS bioinformatics. My main scientific interests are genomics, transcriptomics, and their application to immunology and infection biology.
