I am responsable for the COSMIC databases and data infrastructures, their annotation, quality and consistency. Supporting both regular data capture and periodic public releases. I have a particular focus on efficiency, content quality and value to our users.

I did a Msc of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in France

I then moved to Ensembl as a Bioinformatician in the Ensembl Production team. My focus were on the maintenance, development and execution of our production pipelines, BioMart data-mining resources, infrastructure and releases.

I joined the COSMIC team at the Sanger Institute in 2020 working in the Data team. I then became the Data Team Lead in 2022.
